• No job is confirmed until written notification is provided by Hotshot Haulage.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring freight is safe and suitable for transport,
including providing accurate load descriptions, dimensions, and weights.
• Where machinery is required for loading or unloading, the customer is responsible for
ensuring suitable and safe equipment is available at site.
• Hotshot Haulage reserves the right to decline transport of goods deemed unsafe, non
compliant, or beyond vehicle limitations.

Insurance Policy

• Hotshot Haulage holds both public liability insurance and cargo cover, protecting
against damage, theft, or loss of goods while in our care.
• Coverage is subject to the terms of our insurer. Customers may request a copy of our
insurance certificate prior to booking.
